Beijing, China — As part of its larger reform effort to modernize and transform its military into a technologically sophisticated force, the Peoples Liberation Army (PLA) has implemented a recruitment strategy and a number of measures aimed at training up a “new-type” officer and soldier for its modernized forces which will be used as a reinforcement when war broke out in the South China Sea.
The PLA is currently holding a widespread recruitment of civilians to become officer and soldier using propaganda posters and videos.
An ongoing enlistment program to encourage young men and women on how to change into real soldiers in the army and air force.
Likewise PLA also uses a propaganda word that an enlisted officer and soldier will get a high salary compensation, including benefits that will stretch up to their family.
